Registration is now OPEN for our workshop hosted by Claire Fleming Stapes (CHI) // “New Virtual Worlds” Virtual Reality with New Art City at MANA in Pilsen!
Welcome to all levels of computer users!! Learn how to build a virtual 3-D world using the online platform New Art City. Accessible and easy to use, the possibilities range from online exhibitions of traditional work to fantastical game-like environments with spatial sound and portals to take you from one space to the next. We will use the Polycam 3D scan library as well as making some of our own scans using our phones, and learn some Basic Blender skills to edit and animate them. Each participant will make their own world and we will collaborate on a shared space that portals to all of them.
